The Housing and Community DEVELOPMENT INTERESTS GROUP focuses on public sector and private sector governmentally supported housing, revitalization, and redevelopment projects. Functioning in the capacity as consultants or developers, TUG has facilitated the completion of over 2,000 housing units valued at over $85 million. We have worked with an array of construction projects, from group homes to multi-family mixed-use developments. 

In partnerships with government and private funding resources, TUG has been the advisor to many non-profit clients.  Our housing and redevelopment clients range from faith groups to grassroots community organizations.
