Project: The Urban Group manages the Miami Intermodal Center (MIC), Miami-Dade County’s first ground transportation hub, providing passengers connections to services such as: Miami-Dade Transit’s Metrobus; Tri-Rail, a heavy-rail system that serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties through Tri-Rail, Amtrak, Greyhound, taxi and other forms of private transportation with a direct connection to the Miami-Dade International Airport. Visit Miami Intermodal Center website.

The City of Lake Worth Community Redevelopment Project

Project: The Lake Worth CRA received a $23 million federal grant to acquire and rehabilitate 130 foreclosed and abandoned properties under HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP2). The City of Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority Project

Project: Temporary relocation services in compliance with the federal Uniform Relocation Act (URA) for a 20 unit housing project The Housing Authority of Fort Lauderdale, Florida was a sub-recipient of HUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP1) funding. Florida Department of Transportation

Project: Districts 4, 6, 7, and Turnpike Enterprise. Prime Consultant Land acquisition and right-of-acquisition; relocation and relocation advisory services under the governance of the federal Uniform Relocation Act (URA); right of way clearing and property management and preparation of condemnation lawsuits. Visit The Florida Department of Transportation website.

The City of Sarasota, Florida Office of Housing and Community Development

Project: Permanent Relocation services in compliance with the federal Uniform Relocation Act (URA) for a 240 unit multifamily housing project built in 1939. Mediterranean Apartments was demolished and replaced with new affordable housing. Forty-four (44) tenants had to be relocated as part of a Neighborhood Stabilization Program funding allocation.

Broward County Aviation Department

Project: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport Runway Expansion Project. Noise Mitigation Program Management Consultant. Residential Sound Insulation of 1706 homes, acquisition of two mobile home parks, relocation of 398 residents under the federal Uniform Relocation Act. The City of Pompano Beach, Florida Office of Housing and Community Improvement

Project: USHUD Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Acquisition Administrator. Acquired 29 single family homes in the NSP target area. Fort Pierce Community Development Agency

Project: Land assemblage, Right-of-Way acquisition and closing facilitation services. Purchased 41 properties as part of a redevelopment plan by the City of Fort Pierce to build a linear recreation facility. U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development

Project: Real Estate Asset Manager (REAM) for the disposition of HUD/FHA foreclosed properties in Miami HUD office, Orlando HUD office, Tampa HUD office, Florida. Statewide serviced over 2,000 properties held by USHUD. Visit The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development website.

The Archdiocese of Miami

Project: The Archdiocese of Miami and Catholic Housing Services, in compliance with the URA, TUG was hired to manage the temporary relocation of residents while their units underwent renovations. The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF)

Project: The Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF), Property Management services for a 43-acre mobile home and recreational vehicle park with 204 mobile home lease lots and 40 RV pads owned by STOF. Project: Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. The Urban Group Provided relocation and advisory services in compliance with the Federal Neighborhood stabilization Program.

Rancho Margate and Village Park Mobile Home Parks

Project: United Homes International, Inc. Relocation of 521 mobile home park residents and disposition of mobile homes in accordance with the Manufactured Home Land Lease Community Landlord Tenant Act, Florida Statutes 723. In Florida, when mobile home parks close owners are required to relocate residents pursuant to protective laws under 723.083 {F.S}.

The Palm Mobile Home Park, Miami, Florida
