Roderick Howard, Relocation Agent
Mr. Howard has over twenty-four years (24) of relocatoin and property management experience. He has general knowledge and experience in URA and HUD 104(d) relocation activities. In December 2012 he completed a 144 unit tenant permanent relocation project; as a Relocation Specialist for the City of Miami at Hampton House in Liberty City. Miami Neighborhood Services will be the Owner. Eighty-nine families were displaced and relocated. Met deadline by relocating all tenants within the timeframe of clients set goal. He received high client satisfaction rate. Relocation team recognized at completion of project ceremony with a plaque for work well done. He also served as the property manager collecting rent, ordering repairs and coordinating the board-up and securing of units that became vacant as residents were relocated.
